هذا الكتاب جميل جداً.
Bu kitap çok güzel.
من أين أتيت بهذا؟

هؤلاء هم أصدقائي، وهؤلاء أصدقاء أخي.
Bunlar benim arkadaşlarım, bunlar ise kardeşimin arkadaşları.
When هذا refers to a single item, use bu in Turkish. When it refers to multiple items (هؤلاء), use bunlar. In Arabic, the same word can function as both a determiner ('this book') and a standalone pronoun ('this is good'), but Turkish expresses both the same way.
